Sarah Purcell

Restore Your Core™ and Pause for Movement™ Certified Teacher

After a Career in investment banking and becoming a mother to three boys, Sarah became fascinated with movement as a way to heal one’s body.

It began with Pilates and two comprehensive certification programs. Sarah also became licensed and certified in the “Pilates for Buff Bones” Bone Health and movement program. Sarah added her most exciting tool to her repertoire with completion of teacher training and certification in Restore Your Core Movement Practice. She is passionate about sharing her love of mindful movement and the importance of breath for an optimum core. One of the more rewarding aspects of Sarah’s practice is to help clients find their own awareness of their body, its alignment and how to be the most active they can be at any age!

With RYC™ approval and encouragement, Sarah and her partners Shana Celnicker-Chong and Jennifer Johnson Wolff have created Pause for Movement, an online movement practice with support for lifestyle enhancements dedicated to mature women who are experiencing the challenges related to perimenopause and postmenopause.

Sarah lives in Delray Beach Florida.
